Returns
All merchandise sales are final. Difficult Opinions does not accept voluntary returns for merchandise purchased through Fourthwall, including returns for buyer's remorse, size preference, color preference, duplicate orders, or change-of-mind requests.
Exchanges
We do not offer voluntary exchanges through Fourthwall. Please review the selected product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, and order details before completing checkout.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, use the support link in your Fourthwall order confirmation to contact Fourthwall as soon as possible. Fourthwall handles merchandise checkout, payment processing, fulfillment, shipping, and order support for these products.

Refunds
We do not provide voluntary refunds for final-sale merchandise. Any refund, replacement, or other remedy for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing order is handled through Fourthwall support, the payment processor, or any non-waivable rights that apply by law.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law. If a mandatory legal right applies to your order, that right remains available even though Difficult Opinions does not offer voluntary returns or exchanges.
