Dan Scavino Drunk Dials His Crimes

ABC News released video interviews with former Trump attorneys Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell, who, under plea deals with Georgia prosecutors, divulged plans to overturn the 2020 election. Ellis recounted being told by Dan Scavino that Trump wouldn’t concede, while Powell admitted to strategizing the seizure of voting machines.

Way down in Georgia, the devil is getting his due. ABC News has released excerpts from video interviews with two former attorneys of Donald Trump, Jenna Ellis and Sidney Powell. These interviews were part of the plea deals both attorneys struck with Georgia prosecutors. The videos provide some incredible details of what was happening in the lead-up to the Jan 6h insurrection. Trump and his comic book cast of misfit advisors, planned to just stay in power, just like that, case closed. Of course, they did. Each time a ‘shocking’ revelation that becomes public, it only reinforces the conspiracy we already know was going on.

Jenna Ellis, one of the attorneys who “represented” Trump, informed prosecutors that she was told by a senior White House official, Dan Scavino, that Trump would not leave the White House despite his electoral loss. This conversation reportedly took place at a White House Christmas party after the 2020 election. Ellis also mentioned two other instances she believed were relevant to the prosecutors, but was unable to disclose details due to attorney-client privilege. Sidney Powell, also known as Kraken Lady, detailed her plans for seizing voting machines nationwide and admitted to being in frequent communication with Trump during the efforts to contest the election outcome.

These first proffer videos show one thing well, that even if you are a misfit idiot, you can be at the tip of political power if you’ve built your cult following well enough.

The proffer sessions, which are typically part of plea agreements, allowed Ellis and Powell to share information with law enforcement that could be beneficial to the prosecution. The videos obtained by ABC News do not show the full extent of the proffer sessions but provide nearly an hour and a half of excerpts.

A sharp minded reader might notice that Trump decided not to rant about these new proffer videos on Truth Social, because Ellis and Powell are now witnesses for the RICO case against him. He knows more witness intimidation will get him in more trouble, and frankly he doesn’t need i to do it. Trump get his MAGA chuds whipped just fine up by harassing the NY AG and Judge Engoron who are part of his NY business fraud trial.

DJT has, of course, criticized the Georgia investigation as politically motivated. Trump’s lead counsel in the case, Steve Sadow, has dismissed the significance of the private conversation described by Ellis, emphasizing that Trump vacated the White House on January 20, 2021.

“Judge. My client was extensively planning for years to murder Bob, but in the end he didn’t, so no problem, right?”

— Worst lawyer ever

The defense will use the video proffer provided by Powell to argue that Trump believed he was acting lawfully, based on her sincere belief in election fraud. This is one reason why the Trump prosecutions are so important, they underscore the rule of law in the U.S. Not even the former shitty President can escape that fact.

It’s a critical moment for cementing the political legitimacy in the US, setting precedents for presidential conduct and maintaining public trust in our democratic processes.
